Platform Privacy Policy

This Platform Privacy Policy describes how The Renelle Group Inc. dba Zero Data Overage (the Company) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and usage information processed through the software platform and its associated services (the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to authorized users who access the Platform through an account provisioned by the Company or by a Partner. It does not apply to the public marketing website, which is governed by a separate Website Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collected Through the Platform
The Platform may collect and process the following categories of information in order to support platform operation, reporting, optimization, administration, and billing:
- User Account Details: Name, business email address, role, and access permissions.
- Device and Line Information: Assigned device identifiers, line associations, usage classification, and related configuration settings.
- Usage and Cost Data: Wireless usage volume, plan details, carrier billing data, and cost optimization outputs.
- Activity and Audit Logs: Login timestamps, administrative actions, configuration changes, and operational interaction records.
No personal information is collected beyond what is required to operate and administer the Platform.
3. Purpose of Use
Information processed within the Platform is used to:
- Authenticate users and manage authorized access.
- Display usage, reporting, and cost analysis information.
- Support Partner and Client administrative oversight.
- Maintain platform security, monitoring, performance, and reliability.
- Deliver customer support and respond to operational inquiries.
The Platform does not use personal data for advertising or unrelated marketing.
4. Partner and Client Responsibility
Partners and Clients control user provisioning, role assignment, and access to usage information within their own environments. The Company processes data only to operate and support the Platform. Partners and Clients are responsible for communicating any required privacy notices to their end users where applicable.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data within the Platform is stored in secure cloud environments. Access controls, encryption, and monitoring safeguards are implemented to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Access to Platform data is limited to authorized personnel supporting platform operation.
5.1 Security Architecture
The Platform is hosted in secure cloud environments. Controls are in place to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor administrative access, continuous monitoring, and audit logging of administrative actions. Access to Platform data is limited to personnel who require it to support operation and support activities. Controls are reviewed and strengthened on an ongoing basis.
6. Data Sharing
The Company does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who support hosting, analytics, security, and operational functions, subject to written confidentiality and data protection obligations.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support ongoing Platform operation, reporting requirements, and the business relationship between the Company, the Partner, and the Client. Upon termination, data is archived or securely deleted in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Data Access Requests
Requests to access, correct, or delete data processed within the Platform must be submitted through the Partner or Client that administers the user account. The Company fulfills those requests in coordination with the Partner or Client, subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Updates to this Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable requirements. Updates are effective when posted. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
